Terms of Service

By accessing or using Let's Nduthis you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We provide a technology platform connecting riders, dealers, mechanics, and other service providers in Republic of Kenya. We are not the seller of listed goods unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, fitment, roadworthiness, or delivery unless a specific verified service is offered.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• No illegal goods, counterfeit parts, stolen bikes, or misleading listings.
• No harassment, hate speech, or spam in chats or reviews.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

When M-Pesa escrow is enabled, buyer funds may be held until hand-over confirmation, subject to platform fees and dispute rules. When escrow is disabled, buyers and sellers arrange payment directly (e.g. WhatsApp, cash, M-Pesa person-to-person). We are not liable for off-platform payments or failures to deliver. Chargebacks and Safaricom disputes are handled per our payment policies and Kenyan law.

In-app chat is provided for legitimate inquiries. You must not use the Platform solely to circumvent fees or buyer protection by moving deals entirely offline after initial contact. We may monitor, flag, or review messages for compliance. Admins may read flagged threads.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Nduthis and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) KES 10,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Nduthis against claims, fines, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listings, conduct, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kenya. Courts in Nairobi shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may also refer consumer disputes to approved ADR mechanisms where applicable.
