Rankings are public for everyone. Engagement points motivate competition on the board, but fuel prizes (KES) come from a fixed monthly pool — never unlimited. Winners receive payment at their petrol station M-Pesa till (Buy Goods).

When cash pays out
- Pool locked until 5+ eligible riders
- Pool ramps to max Ksh 3,000 at 12 riders
- 15% platform retain before awards
- Must beat 4.85 L/100 km (~3% under benchmark)
- Max Ksh 1,200 per rider, top 3 split 50/30/20
Engagement points (rank + performance + consistency bonuses up to 3000 pt scale) drive the leaderboard feel.
Fuel prize = your share of the active pool × efficiency multiplier × consistency nudge, paid to your saved petrol station till when the month closes. Total never exceeds Ksh 3,000.
Till number: Add your preferred station's Lipa na M-Pesa Buy Goods till on this page. Until auto-disburse is live, our team pays manually; then the system sends funds each month.
Example: With pool active at Ksh 2,550 net, 1st place (~50%) at 3.96 L/100 km might receive roughly Ksh 1,200 — not thousands — while still showing 1,600+ engagement points on the board.
